Visitor Registrations

Welcome! You can now register as a Visitor for the SuperExpo2026 Trade Show.

Visitors can also register for a range of workshops and social functions taking place throughout the event period using this link.

Entry to the Trade Show is free for all visitors, with pricing for workshops and social events available via the registration link below.

When registering, please ensure you select ‘Visitor’ to access the correct registration options. Once registered, each person will receive a confirmation email containing a QR code. This QR code will be used for check-in on arrival and will provide access to all booked workshops and social events under a single badge.

Exhibitor Registration


Exhibitors, please use the ‘Register Now’ button below to register for workshops and social events taking place during the Trade Show. Please do not use this registration link for your Exhibitor accreditation.

Exhibitor Accreditation & Trade Show Passes (Exhibitors Only)

Please use the link below to register all Exhibitor personnel who require an accreditation badge to access the event during Exhibitor Move-In and Trade Show days. Ensure all staff working on your stand are registered prior to arrival if they require access on the following dates:

  • Move-in: Tuesday, 9 June 2026
  • Trade Show: Wednesday, 10 June – Friday, 12 June 2026

Once registered, each person will receive a confirmation email containing a QR code. This QR code will be used for check-in on arrival and will provide access to all booked workshops and social events under a single badge. To ensure all bookings are correctly linked, please use the same personal details when registering for accreditation as used for any previous workshop or social event bookings. The nominated main contact will be copied on all confirmations.

Exhibitors and Contractors Requiring Access During Move-In Period

The following is only required for Exhibitors and/or Contractors needing access to the venue during the Move-In period, which is from Saturday, 6 June - Monday, 8 June 2026). If you require access during this period, please complete the following in addition to your accreditation

If any Exhibitors or Contractors require access to the venue on Saturday, 6 June - Monday 8 June, then you will also be required to complete the following (in addition to your accreditation):

  1. Pre-Event Health and Safety Checklist
  2. GCCEC Safety Induction

2. GCCEC Safety Induction

Due: Friday, 29 May 2026

All exhibitors and contractors accessing the venue during move-in must complete the GCCEC Safety Induction.

 

Step 1 - Online (Prior to Arrival)
Complete the induction via the GCCEC portal and select the correct category:

  • Contractor - If building your stand or working with ExpoNet or a third-party builder
  • Visitor - For personnel visiting the site during Move-in or Move-out


Step 2 - On Arrival

Report to the GCCEC Security Control area.
