VISITOR & EXHIBITOR TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Event Organiser
“Organiser”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to We are Phoenix Events Pty Ltd.
SuperExpo 2026 is scheduled for Wednesday 10 June - Friday 12 June 2026 at the Gold Coast Convention & Exhibition Centre, Broadbeach.
2. Registration & Admission
2.1 You must complete the official Visitor Or Exhibitor registration form with accurate information to gain access to the Event.
2.2 Event access is subject to these Terms & Conditions and may be revoked at any time if you are found to be in breach of them.
2.3 SuperExpo is a strictly trade-only event. Entry is restricted to people working in the window shading and specialised textiles sectors. Persons not in these categories will not be admitted at any time. Proof of identification may be requested.
3. Collection & Use of Personal Information
3.1 By registering, you consent to us collecting, storing, and using the personal information you provide, including your first name, last name, email address, and contact number, for the purposes of:
registering and managing your attendance at the Event,
communicating relevant Event updates, logistics and notifications,
providing required information to authorised third parties directly involved in the delivery and support of the Event.
3.2 Your personal information will be held securely by us and/or our service providers. We will retain this data until at least after the conclusion of the Event and, where required for legitimate administrative or legal purposes, for a reasonable period thereafter.
3.3 You acknowledge that personal information provided during registration may be used to manage your attendance and communications relating to the Event. You also consent to the sharing of relevant information with authorised Event partners (including the Window Shading Association of Australia and Specialised Textiles Association) and contractors involved in delivering the Event.
4. Photography, Filming & Videography Consent
4.1 You acknowledge and agree that photographs, video, and audio recordings may be taken by our appointed photographers, videographers, staff, contractors, or authorised third parties throughout the Event.
4.2 By attending the Event, you grant us and our partners worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual rights to use your image, voice and likeness captured in such photographs or recordings for promotional, advertising, marketing, reporting and archival purposes, in any media now known or hereafter devised, without further reference, payment or compensation.
4.3 You consent to the use, editing, publication, adaptation, distribution or transmission of these materials for internal and external promotional use in perpetuity.
4.4 Where practicable, notice of filming and photography will be displayed at Event entrances and key locations. Nonetheless, you agree that your attendance constitutes express consent to be filmed or photographed unless you advise us otherwise in advance.
4.5 If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, you should inform Event staff on arrival or contact events@superexpo.com.au, and reasonable attempts will be made to respect your request.
5. Data Privacy & Security
5.1 We will handle your personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws and our our entry policy as outlined in the Terms and Conditions.
5.2 You have the right to request correction or deletion of your personal information, subject to legal and operational requirements.

6. Visitor & Exhibitor Conduct
6.1 While on the Event site, you agree to comply with all applicable laws, venue rules, and reasonable instructions from Organiser staff, security and service providers.
6.2 The Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission, cancel or suspend a Visitor’s access to the Event without refund where conduct is deemed inappropriate, unsafe or in breach of these Terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Organiser is not responsible for any loss, damage, injury or expense suffered by you arising out of or in connection with your attendance at the Event.
7.2 You acknowledge and accept the risk associated with attending large events and consent to these Terms in full.
8. Amendments
The Organiser reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be published on the Event website and applicable registration platforms.
9. Cancellations (For paid registrations only)
The event program is subject to change without notice.
All cancellations must be made in writing to the event organiser.
Cancellations made up to 27 May 2026 will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made from 28 May 2026 are non-refundable.
Failure to attend the event does not qualify for a refund.
10. Canvassing, Solicitation and Distribution of Materials - Visitors only
Canvassing, solicitation, selling, or the distribution of any promotional, marketing, or sales materials by visitors is strictly prohibited throughout the exhibition venue, including aisles, common areas, meeting spaces, and entrances. Only registered exhibitors are permitted to undertake promotional or sales activities, and these activities must be conducted solely from within their allocated exhibition stand. Any visitor found to be in breach of this condition may be required to immediately cease the activity and may be removed from the trade expo by event security or event management without refund or compensation.
