terms and conditions

The Window Shading Association of Australia (WSAA) and the Specialised Textiles Association (STA) have joined forces to hold ‘SuperExpo2026’ at the Gold Coast Convention & Exhibition Centre from 10-12 June 2026.
The aim of the Expo is to showcase to blindmakers, textile converters, agents, specifiers, and retailers of finished product to the consumer, the expertise and capabilities of Australian manufacturers and suppliers of raw materials (with preference to Association members). All exhibitors must have an Australian Business Number, and/or be GST registered or if foreign, be represented by local companies or agents. No foreign manufacturers of finished textile piece goods or componentry will be able to exhibit in their own right. The organising committee reserves the right to refuse applications to exhibit from companies that do not meet these criteria or the Associations’ charter of supporting local manufactures.
To secure your company’s booth/space for SuperExpo, a 50% deposit must be made within 30 days from time of booking. Thereafter the total amount must be paid in full by Friday 28th November to obtain the early bird rate, otherwise by Friday 27th February 2026.
Should a final payment not be received by Friday 27th February 2026 your booth/space allocation will lapse.
