Signature Coffee Sponsorship Inclusions: 

As the Coffee Cart sponsor, your brand will be featured on one of three indoor barista carts, serving freshly brewed coffee to attendees throughout the event. With high foot traffic and strong dwell time, this activation offers standout visibility through branded signage, cups, and table toppers, keeping your brand in every hand.

Branding inclusions:
– 6m x 3m space in coffee cart
– Branding on front of coffee cart (sponsor to supply logo artwork)
– Opportunity to provide promotional materials for display at the cart (limited to A4 flyer or smaller)
– Up to 2 pull up banners permitted (displayed adjacent to each cart; sponsor to supply)
– Recognition in the event program and onsite signage as “Signature Coffee Sponsor”
– Coffee cart is available for 3 days

Optional extras:
– Branded Coffee Cups (sponsor to supply logo artwork) $2,000
– Branded t-shirts or aprons for Barista (sponsor to supply logo artwork) $400

Secure your sponsorship: To confirm your sponsorship placement, sponsors are required to sign the Terms and Conditions and submit a 50% deposit of the total sponsorship fee at the time of registration.
