CURRENT FLOOR PLAN

To allow for efficient allocation of the remaining stands on the floorplan and to ensure we can accommodate bookings of all sizes, stand allocations will be managed using a balanced approach: first-in and those who request six or more stands. When completing the online booking form, we ask for your top three preferred stand locations. While we will do our best to accommodate your preferences, we may need to contact you for alternative selections. It is recommended that you choose a wide selection of preferences.
Allocation of stands will begin on Friday the 15th August 2025.

PAYMENT / INVOICING TERMS & OPTIONS

Please note: No payment is required at the time of application. A tax invoice will be issued confirming your sponsorship selection(s) and allocated booth/space position(s).

To secure your involvement:

  • Gold or Silver Sponsorship: Full payment (100%) is required within 7 days of receiving the invoice.

  • Exclusive Add-On Sponsorship: A 50% deposit is required within 7 days of receiving the invoice.

  • Booth/Space for SuperExpo: A 50% deposit is required within 7 days of receiving the invoice.

To receive the early bird rate, full payment for your booth/space must be received by Friday, 28 November 2025. After this date, the standard rate will apply, with full payment due by Friday, 27 February 2026.

If full payment is not received by Friday, 27 February 2026, your booth/space allocation will be forfeited.
