While you are welcome to engage your own stand builder, all custom builds must meet our standard requirements and guidelines.

We do highly recommend working with our official partner, ExpoNet, who bring over 40 years of experience in delivering complex exhibitions and have an in-depth understanding of SuperExpo. They offer seamless integration with our event infrastructure and a proven track record of quality and reliability.

We’ll work collaboratively with both ExpoNet and your team (or your chosen builder) to ensure your stand makes a strong visual impact while remaining compliant with event requirements.

Custom stand builds must meet the design and structural standards of the GCCEC and the event organiser. Any structure over 2.4 m in height requires submission of detailed plans, clearance verification under ceiling services, fire-safety sign off and venue approval. Your builder must also meet all WHS requirements for working at height (SWMS, harnesses, etc.). Until the official “Custom Build Guidelines” document is issued, please liaise with ExpoNet and Phoenix for any proposed heights or build deviations.
